Thank you for shopping at Ealizon.com. We aim to provide high-quality digital, physical, and wholesale products with complete customer satisfaction. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below based on the type of product purchased.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Software, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product is downloaded or accessed.
However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- You did not receive the digital product after successful payment.
- The file is corrupted or unusable and support is unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours.
- You were charged multiple times for the same product.
If you face any issues, please contact us at contact@ealizon.com within 7 days of your purchase.
2. Physical Products
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process:
- Please get in touch with us at contact@ealizon.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Wholesale Products
Due to the nature of wholesale orders and bulk pricing, all wholesale sales are final and non-refundable, unless:
- The items are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- The wrong items were shipped.
To request a resolution:
- Report any issue to contact@ealizon.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Include clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Approved claims may be eligible for:
- Replacement of the damaged items.
- Store credit.
- Partial or full refund (in rare cases).
Order Cancellations
- Digital products: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been delivered or accessed.
- Physical products: You may request cancellation before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
- Wholesale orders: Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed.
